Celery (Apium graveolens)



Who doesn't know the vegetables of celery,,, surely all know and some people may be the same. Its characteristic smell is complementary in some cuisines. One of them, we often meet in soup. Other people maybe use it as an ornament to beautify food.
Celery has the Latin name Apium graveolens, which is a vegetable belonging to the family Apiaceae. Celery leaves contain high fiber, some vitamins, for example: vitamin K, vitamin B6, folic acid, and potassium.

How to use:

A total of 3-4 stalks of celery (30 cm each) are washed clean, crushed (blender), then juice taken once a day a glass of 2-3 hours after meals.

Warning: High density content can cause sensitive gastric irritation. If it is painful due to irritation, it is recommended that the use of this celery therapy is discontinued.


Mosquito repellent and larvae killers:

Oil of celery with a mixture of 5% vanillin. Applied as well as the use of commercial mosquito repellent lotion.
